I’m Jason Marshall, Marshall Fit302 founder and coach. Your decision to embark on this transformation journey fills me with pride.

At my heaviest, I weighed 300 pounds, feeling out of shape, exhausted, and mentally strained. Through perseverance, I shed 120 pounds, recognizing that true fitness transcends weight loss.
